CEFR – Common European Framework

Brian North’s PhD has had a significant effect on language testing, especially in Europe. The CEFR is talked about, researched about, loved and even hated. I also have my views. For some reason though, it is a difficult to find ‘commodity’. So in the interests of knowledge I have taken a unilateral decision to post a copy of his PhD (links below).
