English for Specific purposes relates to the idea of English in certain environments, contexts and domains. Here’s an example: Your student needs to take an English exam before he can become a pilot. In this sense, the domain or context relates to the kind of English pilots will need to operate aircraft properly. Now let’s extend the idea to students who need specialised English: Medicine, Engineering, Business; you can probably think of a lot more. Under this menu item, we’ll add relevant items as they come along.
